well, this is now just an "i'm bored and this is something to do" blog. i am at work, as usual. :) trying to kill another hour before i get off work. it's cool. i actually have a bit to talk about tonight though...

first off, i'm just about as happy as i've ever been. in my last blog i talked about a boy whom i've had a crush on for forever. now we are dating and it's been two blissful months. i have never found anyone so understanding and just plain wonderful. it is indeed our two month today, and hopefully it will be the first two months of a long time!!

easter break starts tomorrow!!! while this is wonderful, i won't get to see my friends or dawson for a while four days. it sucks, but is much needed. and i'll get to see my family. :)

school itself is pretty good too. my grades are slowly picking up. things are starting to make sense (which is good, seeing as there's only a month left of school...), and my GPA is actually over a 3.0. it's joy!!!

well, i guess that's it. in review, i am very happy with just about everything in my life right now. and i'm out. have fun, kiddies.

so, it's been a while (again) since i've updated this thing. once again, i apparently have no life. i'm at work, it's three in the morning, and i still have an hour to go. the excitement never ends...

other than that, my life really is quite full of things to do. i have work (apparently) and school started again, so that occupies most of my time now. classes are good. i enjoy most of them, though some of my teachers (actually, really just my piano prof.) are quite intimidating. but i think this semester will go A LOT better than last. and i have some of the greatest friends in the world, who i love to spend time with, just about all the time. they keep me sane, even though that's nearly impossible.
i'm single, and while i'm loving it, i'm kinda not. i miss being able to hold someone's hand, run fingers through his hair, steal a kiss or two when no one is watching (or maybe when they are), cuddle when we sit next to each other, and just having someone i can call my own. i sound like such a sap, but truth is truth. i do like someone, and i think he kinda likes me back, but won't do anything for fear of losing a good friendship. i know he has good intentions, but you never know about something until you try it, right?
other than that, i'm just living life, taking it stride by stride, and hoping things turn out for the best. i guess that's all you can really do...

guess i'm out. i need to find something to occupy my mind for another fifty minutes before i die. peace out.

so, new stuff....new stuff...there is some, but not necessarily things i want to share. one thing i can say though, there is most definitely trouble in paradise.

other than that, things are well. i love all my friends here. they're all great. i can't ask for better people. i wish i could take them all with me wherever i go.
and on that note, i think i already know where i'm gonna live next year. it'll be awesome. these apartments, called "The Outpost," are freaking amazing. i want to live there with my friends gracie, lindsey, and sarah. and in the same complex is dawson, justin, andrew, and a few other friends that are music majors. i'm so excited!!! i hope it all works out.

in other wonderful news, i am going home this weekend. it will be a parent free weekend, so i will be able to hang out and do basically, whatever i want. there will be much time spent with kristen, and hopefully, some time with other people i haven't hung out with in a while.

so, i'm working right now, i want to sleep, and i have an 8 o'clock class in the morning. oh well, i'm used to this. i do it every friday morning. it's all good.

well, i do actually have some Theory homework i have to do, so i guess i'm outta here. deuces.

wow...i haven't thought about xanga in forever. now i have a facebook, which is even more addicting than myspace and xanga rolled into one. but i have the time and the boredom to fill this out again, just like old times...

so basically, the college life kicks ass. it so beats out high school, home life, everything. i can do just about whatever i want, whenever i want, wherever i want. it's way cool. and i love living in my dorm. my roommate is cool, my two friends from my hall are cool, and really, not having my parents here is cool. i love 'em, but man was i ready to leave.

i also have a boyfriend of almost two months. that makes me smile quite a lot. adam safianow and i started dating on september 2nd. however, my parents have different plans for us...like the whole "us" thing not existing. but i don't care what my parents think. i am happy the way things are. love ya kiddo!!

the bonfire for homecoming was amazingly fun. i got my face painted, rode on the ferris wheel three times, watched as the letters KU burned to ashes, and even got to mosh a little to rthe band that played. the after party was way cool too. we were the only kids (me and six of my friends) invited to hang with the band. it was freaking cool.

it's actually quite funny...there's not really much more to add right now. i mean, i go to school, come back to my dorm, hang with my friends. it's the kind of monotony that isn't really monotonous at all. oh well. guess i'll talk to you kids later.
